All products sold are digital goods, delivered electronically via email.
No physical goods are shipped.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout

  • Payment must be completed in full before delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed automatically.

5. Delivery of eSIM

  • eSIM details are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout

  • Delivery is usually instant but may be delayed due to technical or verification issues

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct

Roampass LTD is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email details or spam filtering.

6. eSIM Compatibility and Use

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology

  • Your device is carrier-unlocked

  • Your device is compatible with the purchased eSIM

We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported devices, locked phones, or user error.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM has been delivered.

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The eSIM has not been delivered, or

  • The eSIM is proven to be defective and unused

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Device incompatibility

  • User error

  • Network performance expectations

  • Partial usage or unused data

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to exploit pricing, promotions, or system errors

  • Roampass LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Network coverage, speed, and availability depend on third-party operators

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant eSIM product.
