Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All products sold by Roampass LTD are digital eSIM products.

  • No physical goods are shipped

  • No postal, courier, or in-person delivery is provided

  • “Shipping” refers solely to electronic delivery


2. Delivery Method

  • eSIMs are delivered electronically via email

  • The delivery email contains eSIM installation details (such as a QR code and activation instructions)

  • No physical SIM cards or packages are sent

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout.


3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed automatically after successful payment

  • eSIM delivery is typically instant or completed within a short period of time

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to system checks, email service issues, or technical factors

Roampass LTD is not liable for minor delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


4. If You Do Not Receive Your eSIM

If you do not receive your eSIM email after purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder

  2. Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct

  3. Allow a short processing period

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for purchase

  • Time of payment


5. Confirmation of Delivery

An order is considered successfully delivered when:

  • The eSIM email has been sent to the customer’s provided email address, and

  • The eSIM QR code or activation information is accessible

Once these conditions are met, delivery is deemed complete.


6. Customer Responsibility

Roampass LTD is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or misspelled email addresses

  • Email filtering or blocking by the customer’s email provider

  • Failure to check spam or junk folders

  • Accidental deletion of delivery emails


7. Relationship to Refund Policy

Please note:

  • eSIMs are digital products

  • Once delivery has occurred, the order is subject to our Refund and Return Policy

  • No refunds are available after installation or activation


8. Policy Updates

Roampass LTD reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
